This Agreement governs the Customer’s non-commercial purchase and use of the SentinelOne Singularity XDR platform (“XDR”), which provides AI-powered cybersecurity including prevention, detection, and response across endpoints, cloud, identity, and data, and/or Lookout for Work (“Lookout”), a mobile endpoint security solution that protects against mobile threats such as phishing, malware, and data breaches using AI-driven detection (collectively, the “Products”). The Products are licensed from their respective vendors and resold by Reseller to Customer for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Products, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
